Imagine carrying the weight of 100kg on your shoulders—physically, mentally, emotionally. That was my reality. But through dedication, perseverance, and a whole lot of self-discovery, I lost that weight and found a new lease on life - literally. What sets me apart is that I'm not just a coach or a trainer—I'm someone who has walked the walk. I know the struggle and the doubts intimately because I've experienced them myself. My qualifications in exercise and nutrition are not just pieces of paper on the wall; they're tools that I've wielded successfully in my own transformation and the transformation of my clients. Beyond the science and the techniques lies something even more profound and understated — the mental health aspect to weight and body image.

I take a holistic approach that encompasses all lifestyle factors. I will provide coaching and assessment and tailor your nutrition and training predominately around your physiology. Areas that will be addressed and monitored include stress, sleep, nutrition, digestion and wellbeing. This coaching is based around optimising all lifestyle factors in order to have the most sustainable changes.

Having battled through addiction and food related mental battles for years I am an advocate for positive mental health, recently completing qualifications in Mental Health First Aid and intervention a key focus of mine throughout the journey is how you feel.
Of course how you look is what others notice along the way but how you feel must always be brought to the surface.

Nutrition and ensuring the correct macros and food groups are in your diet is the key focus for weight loss - we will work to align your preferences with your requirements ensuring that the changes made are not only impactful but sustainable.

LIFESTYLE AUDIT
We will have a video consultation where we will discuss your unique goals, why you want to achieve such goals, and any barriers that might prevent you achieving them.
Nothing will be left to chance and areas such as health history, exercise experience, dietary preferences, sleep, stress, and more will be discussed. These are all key areas to analyse that will help me design your personalised action plan to ensure you reach your targets.
INDIVIDUALISED TRAINING PROGRAMME
I will delve into your training experience, past injuries, physical capabilities, and biomechanics. Based on this I will create a bespoke training program that will allow you to achieve your goals in the fastest possible time. Every workout is meticulously planned out – the exercises, tempo, rest, repetitions and any mobility work. This way I can more accurately predict your progress and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part.
RESULTS FOCUSED NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMME
Using advanced nutritional software, I will design an individualised nutritional program that I will very carefully integrate within your existing lifestyle. The specifics of your own goals dictate how I construct a nutritional plan for you and this plan is constantly adjusted to reflect your own changing physical motivations as your body shape improves and your fitness increases.
ACCOUNTABILITY
I will guide you through every step of your journey and hold you accountable for every aspect of your transformation program. Progress photos and check ins will be done daily and weekly via a dedicated app in order to ensure you are progressing at the optimal rate for your goals. I will set weekly and monthly targets for you, to ensure you approach every single session with focus and maximum effort.
